Instructions
- Details of a Model Dump Truck are shown on the accompanying drawings.
- Make and assemble the project using the materials specified in the Parts List.
- Design, make and a Bonnet for the model .
(Note : 20% of the marks will be awarded for this section.) - A Ø22 Hole Saw may be used for the maunufacture of the Cab (Part 2).
- Position the Motor Holder / Motor Gear to ensure the Motor Gear and thr Rear Axle Gear mesh.
- Attach the Chassis Bracket (Part4) and the Dumper Body Bracket (Part 9) using Pop Rivets.
- Complete, test and solder the Electric Circuit.
- Your Examination Number must be clearly shown on the top surface of the Dumper Body (Part 8).
- Your completed project, clearly identified with your Examination Number, must be available to the visiting examiner along with the necessary testing equipment (battery or transformer).
