Instructions

  1. Details of a Model Steam Roller are shown on the accompanying drawings.
  2. Make and assemble the project using the materials specified in the Parts List.
  3. Design, make and attach a removable Inspection Cover and a Chimney for the Boiler.
    (Note : 20% of the marks will be awarded for this section.)
  4. Place the Battery Clip in the Boiler.
  5. Position the Motor Holder to suit the tension of the Chain.
  6. Attach the Part 10 to Part 3 using Pop Rivets.
  7. Complete, test and solder the Electric Circuit.
  8. Your Examination Number must be clearly engraved on the top surface of the Roof (Part 1).
  9. Your completed project, clearly identified with your Examination Number as indicated, must be available to the visiting examiner along with the necessary testing equipment (Batteries or Transformer).
